Natalie has over 15 years of massage experience working in private practice and spa settings. She is trained in a range of relaxation and deep tissue techniques. Her training in Craniosacral therapy helps her to tune into where a body is holding tension and allows her to develop an integrative and intuitive approach to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation and healing.
